Welcome to El Soirée. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, digital blueprints, and initial consultation frameworks. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

The terms "we," "us," "our," and "the Studio" refer to El Soirée, a boutique event production studio operating based in Lisbon, Portugal. The terms "you," "your," "user," and "client" refer to site visitors, prospective corporate partners, and wedding couples.

1. Scope of Digital Services & Consultation

The information provided on this website is for informational and intake purposes only.

• Submission of an inquiry via our dynamic forms, download of our resources, or engagement in an initial discovery briefing does not constitute a binding contract or a guarantee of service.

• A formal contract for event production, strategy sprints, or wedding planning is only established once a bespoke Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Event Production Contract is signed by both parties and the initial retainer is clear.

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, structural design, methodology text, branding, imagery, and structural frameworks displayed on this website are the exclusive property of El Soirée.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of this website’s copy, layout, or proprietary methodology descriptions (such as our aviation-aligned logistical grids) without explicit written consent from the Studio.

 

3. User Obligations & Accuracy of Data

When utilizing our digital intake channels, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your corporate entity, estimated budget, timeline, and guest metrics. We reserve the right to decline inquiries or terminate communication if a user provides fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized corporate credentials.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

While we utilize extreme operational precision to keep this website updated, El Soirée makes no warranties regarding the immediate, real-time availability of third-party Portuguese heritage venues, partner estates, or pricing fluctuations mentioned across our historical portfolio.

In no event shall El Soirée be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential disruptions arising from your use or inability to use this site, or from any preliminary communication prior to a signed contract.

 

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any preliminary digital interactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising prior to a signed Master Service Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

 

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to alter, modify, or update these Terms at any time to reflect changing European compliance protocols or studio updates. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your formal acceptance of the updated Terms.
